Is there a way to distinguish the difference between atopic dermatitis scabies and pityriasis rosea?

Yes.: Scabies is very itchy at night and affects wrists genitals nipples waist armpits. Pityriaisis rose is non contagious and involves the trunk in a christmas tree pattern and is oval with a peripheral scale.Atopic dermatitis is a chronic condition that started in childhood and effects the areas in front of the elbows and behind the knees as well as the neck and face.
