Sounds suspicious: It could be coronary heart disease (chd) -- blockages in the arteries that supply blood to the heart muscle. The chest pain and burping could also be something else, such as acid reflux. I recommend discussing this with a physician soon. If it is chd, medications can be used to relieve the symptoms and to prevent a heart attack. A stress test can help to determine if the condition is severe.

Chest pain: After a vigorous exercise it is normal to have some shortness of breath, as body craves for more oxygen. If you are having chest pain that is abnormal, needs to be investigated.I am not sure about the burping!

See a doctor: Any complaint of chest pain or shortness of breath with exercise should first be evaluated to eliminate the possibility of angina, chest pain from heart disease. Some people do have nausea or burping along with this. If the symptoms continue with rest, you should seek an emergency evaluation. If you're very short of breath or feeling lightheaded, call an ambulance.
