No problem.: Misoprostol (cytotec) is a safe medication to induce pregnancy termination when indicated in the first trimester. If one woman uses it more than once in her life for this indication, there are no long-term risks nor reproductive harm. Fetal exposure to Misoprostol in a pregnancy that continues and results in a live birth may cause moebius syndrome (facial paralysis).
