Something similar: That is not a term I have heard of. Who uses that? Charcot foot is a deformed foot. It is a result of numbness and weakness affecting the foot, which leads to ligament injury and arthropathy (joint deformity). People who have inherited neuropathy tend to have this when they are never treated. One kind of inherited neuropathy is Charcot Marie Tooth disease.
