Certain foods increase. Gas, like legumes.

Depends: One simple way is to keep a food diary & keep track of what foods make you gassy & avoid them.Cow milk, beans, cauliflower, etc.Each of these contain sugars that some people don't digest well, so food is left for your gut germs to eat & generate gas. Lactaid is a pill that can reduce the problem if you have trouble with milk. Beano is a pill that can help with some vegies. Probiotics help some too
