Get remediation.: Many developmental psychologists and neuropsychologists offer remediation training for children/adults with true dyslexia. Not everyone who has been diagnosed as having dyslexiaa truoy does neuropsychological testing is important to correctly diagnose and effectively remediate dyslexia.

Depends: Employers often must accomodate for disabilities if you can otherwise due the essential duties of your jobs, but the extent of accommodation depends on the resources of the employer. Depending on how severe the dyslexia is, remediation may help. There are many technological ways to compensate - computers can read text. Your state vocational rehab agency can offer help/testing.
