Wheezing?: Where is the noise coming from? Wheezing can cause a high pitched, musical type of noise in your chest, especially during exhalation. Does it get louder when you take a deep breath and exhale fast and hard? If so, it is likely wheezing! see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
