Multiple: The question is a little difficult because of the artifical divide of the mind - body question. As a neurological disorder it can effect things we normally think of as psychological - initiation, motivation, spontaneity of affect, apathy as well as activity level. Depression can occur & meds can have side effects. http://cpancf.com/articles_files/motivationandinitiativeparkinsonsdisease.asp.
