Fazaclo: Is orally dissolving clozapine. Clozapine is atypical antipsychotic used in treatment resistant schizophrenia. While considered the most effective atypical antipsychotic for rhe treatment of schizophrenia, it is only used when other agents fail due to the risk of lowering the white blood cell count as well as seizure.
