How should i deal with knee pains after hikin?

Listen to your body: Knee pain is a common complaint and listening to your body is really important. After a long hike, it is common to have knee pain from overuse. Your knee may even swell slightly. To initially decrease pain and swelling you should ice your knee and keep it elevated above your head to decrease fluid buildup. Nsaids are good for pain-relief in the short term. Slowly modify your activities.
