Tylenol (acetaminophen): Great question - i only wish every person on this site would see the answer. If you take 7gm of Acetaminophen at one go - you will very likely go into liver failure. Current fda guide states no more than 4gm per day. Current pain society guidel is set at 2-2.5gm per day. Keep in mind this also includes any otc medication that also contains acetaminophen.
