Two factors...: ....Contribute to sweating. One is how hot an individual is at a given moment. Sweating is the body's method of cooling itself, so when you're hot, you sweat. The other factor is genetics; some people are simply more prone to sweating than others. The genetic component is simply who you are and not subject to control. The only way to control sweating, therefore, is to stay cool.
