Maybe: If the female circumcision was done to treat a hooded clitoris, then yes, and it should be even easier. If it was the barbaric 4th degree circumcision that is common in african and muslim countries, then it will be much harder. That awful procedure was designed to eliminate the woman's pleasure on the theory that they would have no reason to have sex with anybody else but their husband.
