A member asked:

Can sleeping habits affect our brain and its memory?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Absolutely: For whatever reason, sleep and sleep deprivation are areas that have had a lot of attention in research. Sleep seems to be the brain's system of rejuvenating itself. Studies show that lack of sleep leads to slower processing speed, poorer memory, more difficulty learning new material and other problems. However, going thru the stages of sleep while asleep is as important ashe amount of time slept.
