Depends: Many bacterial and other communicable disease can be spread through fecal contamination, including eating feces. Hepatitis b can be spread this way, as can gonorrhea, intestinal infections, amebic dysentery and others. If the person providing the feces is in normal health, it is unlikely that small amounts, such as might be consumed during analingus (anal-oral contact) would cause illness.
