Healthy oils: Always consult your doctor. They are not taken together. You might want to rotate each one every other day. If your doctor gives the ok, great to take.

Either or.: Both contain healthy fats which are beneficial for the things you mentioned. You can alternate them based on the rest of your diet - you may not want your morning cereal to taste like fish.
