Yes, wait for bleedi: This is a failed early pregnancy, often called a chemical pregnancy. Once the bhcg falls to zero you will experience vaginal bleeding that will be heavier and crampier than your normal period.

Be seen: This is an abnormal result for pregnancy. May indicated a miscarriage has occurred but can also occur in ectopic pregnancy. Needs to be followed closely. Ultrasound may or not be helpful in this situation.
