Can i take a ppi while tryong to concieve/pregnancy?

Yes: There have been several studies that show no statistically significant increased risk of birth defects when taking ppis. But, as in all cases, you should only use medications during conception/pregnancy when necessary. If you are concerned, see your OB for preconceptual counseling.
