Not usually: Cll may be asymptomatic, or may present with weakness, anemia, lymph node enlargment, low grade fever, infection etc. Vomiting is not a usual symptom.

No: Cll is a big diagnosis, vomitting is such a generic feature.

Not usually: Cll is often a disease without symptoms. Most people are diagnosed with an elevated blood count. Nausea can be seen when the disease is very advanced. If a patient with cll has vomiting they need a complete revaluation.
