Application sites: Most sources (including companies making the product & package directions) state specifically not to apply testosterone to scrotum or penis. T can lower sperm counts in larger doses; so direct application to scrotum may do that. Can also irritate scrotum. See image for recommended sites. Inner thighs have highest concentration of t receptors. Avoid fatty areas as fat can convert t to estrogen.
