Probably not: There really is nothing "natural" about the suppression of birth control pills. I suppose this depends on the clinic philosophy.

No: Natural family planning refers to fertility awareness methods as well as breastfeeding as contraception. (See https://www.hhs.gov/opa/pregnancy-prevention/birth-control-methods/natural-family-planning-and-fertility-awareness/index.html for more). By definition, they generally do not sell birth control pills. However, many family planning clinics will also discuss natural methods.

No: Birth control pills are prescription medication because they can do great harm if used inappropriately. If not they would be available over the counter. Proper review of personal and family medical history, vital signs & an exam are basic requirements for use of any prescription medications.
