Prostatitis?: Lots of options, but in the absence of any trauma or obvious change to the penis itself, an inflamed prostate can cause you to have pain in your penis. It;s called referred pain. If your doctor examines your prostate and that exam causes the pain to occur, then that is the most likely cause. Time to call your doctor!
