Yes.: The penis pump, or vacuum-erection device (ved), draws blood into the penis to aid in producing an erection. The blood is kept in the penis to maintain the erection by applying a flexible ring at the base of the penis. This ring is removed after intercourse, allowing the blood to return to the body.
