Yes: Harvesting of fat stem-stromal cells & bone marrow is possible. Some are storing these (cryopres) for future applicaitons. Lipoaspiration provides the most numbers of mscs, and is currently used in many clinical applications in plastic surgery, wounds, and musculoskeletal disorders.
