Possibly: There are many reports (especially on the internet on non-peer/doctor reviewed sites) of people trying apple cider vinegar for molluscum with reports of positive results but, as far as i know, no controlled studies proving profound effectiveness have been done. However, I am not completely up on the literature and so can't say this for certain.
