The remaining constituents, in order of decreasing concentration are: urea, chloride, sodium, potassium, creatinine, & other dissolved ions, inorganic and organic compounds. The kidneys make the urine, first by filtering the blood, then by adding waste products and extracting essential compounds.

No: Cryptosporidium is spread by the fecal-oral route. Most commonly by ingestion contaminated water. Will cause relatively mior GI upset in normal healthy people. Recovery is rapid and complete. It can be dangerous, even fatal in immunocompromised people such as people who are HIV positive. Not transmitted by by urine.
