Nothing: B12 is water soluble and will leave your body when all of the many biological functions are achieved. I actually believe that alot of circulating B12 lends the cells the ability to easily grab it and use it for biochemical purposes- making red and white cells mature in the bone marrow, making neurotransmitters, etc.
