Get evaluated.: This pattern can have many causes, and an evaluation can help sort it out. You could have little to no urine in the bladder, but for some reason are getting the urge to void; this can happen with an overactive bladder or infection. The bladder could be obstructed, making voiding difficult. A neurologic condition can impede bladder's ability to squeeze. Seek help to resolve this bothersome issue.
