Active recovery: Relapse is part of recovery. Actively participating in any recovery program makes it significantly less likely you will use again. I strongly recommend multiple treatment approaches, the more invested you are in the recovery process the less likely for relapse. Participating in inpatient therapy provides time away from temptations, na, outpatient tx, avoiding old people, places, triggers.
