A contradiction: There seems to be a paradox in your query. It sounds suspiciously like a question one would ask when one is trying to beat a drug test. But how could a heavy user hope to beat a drug test consistently? That would entail NOT being a heavy user pretty often. I guess I don't follow the logic of your question.
