Yes: A tiny woman with a small vagina can have a very pleasant sex life, but you need a patient partner. Too rough, too dry, too long, not enough foreplay, stress, anxiety, infections etc can all cause pain with sex. Even the smallest adult vagina can relax and stretch enough to handle a large penis. Ask your doc for help. You need a physical exam and some guidance to fix this. You don't have to suffer.
