Likely sampling issu: A random blood glucose will always be affected by sampling technique, which can be hard in infants. Any foreign material on the skin surface may skew the results & falsely elevate them. If taken soon after a feed i could see it going up to the 130's. If concerned see your dr & have a venous sample tested.
