See a GI Dr: If you have not had an upper endoscopy, that may be needed to evaluate for gastritis, gastro esophageal reflux disorder (gerd) or ulcers. Avoiding spicy foods in your diet and not laying flat for several hours after eating may help. Sometimes a test to check for h. Pylori may be helpful as well. There are many other medications to help with heartburn/gerd as well.
