Depends on "problems: A baseline lab test, serum or saliva, may provide many answers for what may be causing the problems. Over exercising, heredity, diet and medications can all have an effect on hormone balance. Checking labs and addressing abnormalities is a good place to start, then may need further tests to evaluate ovaries, uterus, thyroid, etc.
