Care of hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids are a dilation and swelling of the expandable tissue around the rectal opening. Non operative treatment is recommended, and includes a bowel regimen (fiber, stool softners, laxatices to goal of 2 soft bowel movements daily) local sauves (prep h, desitin, (zinc oxide diaper cream) anti fungals, other) and hygiene (shower, hair dryer area daily). Surgery only if above fails. Check with pharmacy on hemrid.

Absolutely : Nothing works better than a good high fiber diet, stop reading on the toilet, drinking 80 -100 oz of caffeine free/alcohol free fluid daily and don't waste your money on over the counter hemorrhoid meds that don't work and make pharmaceutical companies rich as they pray on your gullability.
