Big difference !?: There is (of course) a big difference in the differential of pain originating from the stomach versus the liver. Can you be more specific as to location, onset, relationship of symptoms to meals, any trauma, change in bowels, risk of liver/gallbladder disease, alcohol intake, etc.? Happy to assist once we have more information.
