Folks differ: This is your personal hormonal milieu and biochemistry. If you're a woman, it's something to discuss with your personal physician or gynecologist. Many of us men have rough acne well into middle age. It's the 21st century and prescription meds for acne work well. You've worked hard and you have a right to a clear face if you want it. Good luck.
