Sweating: Sweating is one of the physiologic responses to anxiety or feeling threatened. So it would be pretty usual to have this experience along with the emotion of anxiety. Other responses include rapid heart rate; fast, shallow breathing; a feeling of tension and inner shakiness; sometimes nausea; feeling of choking; numbness & tingling sensations; and feeling dizzy or lightheaded.
