Rest ,ice: Unfortunaely if you actually torn a portion of your calf or hamstring muscle it will take time to heal the best way to help it is ice and nsaids to decrease the inflammation. You should rest the affected muscles to help healing you might consider therapy which will help the healing and recovery process to prevent reinjury which is all too commone.
