You can't!: There is no non-surgical method for "firming up" or enlarging breasts, including creams or oral "supplements." if you need a breast lift or implants, then you need an experienced, abps-certified plastic surgeon. Otherwise, don't waste your money , time, and disappointment on various "snake-oil" salesmen out there, including the on-line modern versions! beware!
