Wrist fracture : The cost depends on the type of surgey required. The cheapest will be just a reduction of the fracture and application of splint/cast in an office setting. This may cost under $1000. However if pins or plates are required with a hospitalization the cost can run much higher. The best idea is to discuss with your surgeon and the billing office.

Variable: There are too many variables at play here to give an accurate estimate. For exmple, treated with surgery or a cast. If surgery, a hospital or a surgery center. If surgically fixed, then what kind of hardware? Most of the time the treating physicians billing personnel or the hospital billing personnel can give a reasonable estimate.
