No long at all.: Theoretically, once the impant is removed you should be able to get pregnant as normal within a month or so; please keep in mind that fertility decreases over time and you may need 6-12 months to get pregnant on your own. If you are in your 40's, don't wait for more than 3 months before seeking rei/ivf/art help.
