Several medications: Some women do well with vitamin b-6 for nausea. Meclizine works well for many women, but may cause you to be sleepy. I frequently prescribe zofran (ondansetron) which works for almost all my patients who take it. When the nausea and vomiting are severe, hydration with IV fluids is sometimes necessary, and almost always effective. Good luck, the nausea usually peaks at 10 to 12 weeks the starts to improve.
