No: No, but grey stools can be a sign of malabsorption. See your doctor.

No: Bird flu, or avian flu, feels just like seasonal flu but can be more severe - if a person is passing whitish or grayish stools then he/she may have a problem with producing bile salts and should see a doctor - especially if the problem is persistent, if there is weight loss or abdominal pain.
