Maybe related: The hoarseness in your voice does not cause the dizziness or fatigue but it along with those symptoms are likely from sinus issues from either an infection or allergies. You need to see an MD to try and determine whether allergy or infection sinusitis as cause.

Mono or MoreThan One: If it's laryngitis it's probably a virus and a viral illness can knock you down for a while.You need to keep up with fluids, try to eat well, keep any fever down, rest your voice, and rest your mind. But if you also have any lumps in your neck or armpits or a sore throat or abdominal pain, think about seeing your doctor for a check up (like for a more serious infection or maybe mono).
