What is the recovery time for a ruptured brain aneurysm?

It is variable: It depends on the the symptoms and deficits caused at the time of bleeding from the aneurysm rupture. The more deficits the longer the recovery.

Varies: There is no definitive answer for this because it depends on how bad your rupture was and what state it left you in. Most people recover to whatever level they will recover to by 12-18 months.
