Left-Right Shunting: Left to right shunting at the atrial level, diminished peer group exercise performance , indolent, atrial arrythmias, varying degrees of pulmonary hypertension depending on shunt fraction. Incidentally found while obtaining echocardiogram for murmur or during sports clearance echo, or echo for evaluating supraventricular tachycardia, counterclockwise loop on vectocardiogram for primum asd.
