Sort of... : Cocoa allergy can exist, but is fairly rare. Most of the allergic reactions that occur to chocolate is due to other ingredients, commonly milk, tree nuts and peanuts. See an allergists for a detailed history and proper testing to diagnose this and other food allergies.
