How can you prevent yeast infections?

Preventing yeast: Intravaginal placement of lactobacillus or acigel have been used, but this type of prevention is probably more nuisance than benefit unless you have yeast all the time. A good prevention is to use yeast cream when you have to go on an antibiotic. If you have diabetes, keep your sugar low. More convenient for long-term medical prophylaxis is periodic oral Fluconazole tablets (once a week or month).
