Cancer patient - short breathing & swelling in arm. should i be worried?

Yes: Could be a blood clot in vein under collarbone (subclavian vein). Have your oncologist do ultrasound, if there you need blood thinners. Shortness of breath would make me worried a clot broke loose and went to the lung (pulmonary embolism). Call your oncologist asap.
